The HEAD Padel team is celebrating a significant achievement. On Wednesday, May 22, Testea Padel, with the support of the Institute of Biomechanics (IBV) and the Institute of Automation and Industrial Computing (Instituto ai2) of the Polytechnic University of Valencia, presented the Best Padel Awards, where HEAD Padel received double recognition.
On one hand, the Extreme Pro was awarded the title of BEST POWER PADEL RACKET, while on the other, the Motion Pro BOA shoes won the award for BEST PADEL SHOE in the comfort and fit category.
This is undoubtedly a great moment for the entire HEAD Padel team. Last year, the Best Padel Awards recognized the HEAD Delta Pro as the best power racket. This year, they acknowledged the merits of the HEAD Extreme Pro-recommended by Arturo Coello, the current world number one-and the HEAD Motion Pro BOA shoes, which feature a Dual Dial BOA system for security and confidence, as well as a padel-specific sole developed with Mondo for smoother on-court movements.
“We are truly grateful to be recognized once again, for the second consecutive year, with the Best Power Racket Award. This achievement is a testament to our relentless pursuit of excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation, as well as our dedication to supporting every player on the padel court. More importantly, it reflects the hard work and commitment of the entire HEAD Padel team in maintaining the quality of our products,” explained Daniel Picot, Product Manager of Padel Rackets at HEAD.
For Carlos López, Product Manager of Padel Footwear at HEAD, this recognition is monumental: "Winning the award for the best padel shoe in terms of comfort and fit with our Motion Pro BOA Padel is the culmination of a lot of passion and effort put into this shoe. Our collaboration with BOA to enhance the fit of our top specific padel shoe has been validated with this award. The official launch of the Motion Pro BOA on July 18 is just around the corner, and on that day, the global padel community will experience and test the next level of performance in padel shoe fit.”
