The Spanish padel industry, a leader in the sector, has reason to celebrate. Planet Power, the creator of the innovative and stunning perimeter lighting system unveiled at the recent Padel World Summit in Málaga alongside Padel Galis (which markets the product under the names ELLITE PADEL and LED PADEL), has become the first and only manufacturer of lighting systems exclusively designed for padel MADE IN SPAIN to achieve the globally recognized American UL and Canadian CSA certifications.
Planet Power entered the market as the only company with European TUV or ENAC accreditations, and now takes a significant leap forward by obtaining the most complex and demanding technical certification at the international level. This achievement represents a major commitment and effort, both technically and financially, to demonstrate that the Spanish industry can and should remain at the forefront of technological development in padel.
