The Spanish company Portico Sport, specializing in the manufacturing and installation of padel courts, has renewed its agreement with the Hexagon Cup as the official court supplier for the tournament’s second edition. The event will take place from January 29 to February 2, 2025, at the Madrid Arena.
For the second consecutive year, Portico Sport will construct the innovative purple court that dazzled the padel world during the tournament's debut edition. With thousands of courts already under its belt, the Hexagon Cup court stands out as a unique masterpiece.
“The courts by Portico Sport are a global benchmark. They lead the market, and renewing the agreement was the only option we considered. Furthermore, with its distinctive and approachable style, the Hexagon Cup court has already become an iconic reference in the world of padel,” said Sergio Lewin, Operations and Sporting Managing Director.
The quality of Portico Sport’s craftsmanship was praised by players during the first edition of the Hexagon Cup. They lauded the court as unique and different while perfectly preserving the essence of the sport played within its 20x10 dimensions.
From December 13 to 15, the Hexagon Cup court will be featured at Gamergy, Spain’s largest gaming fair. Over 70,000 attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of activities alongside some of the world’s top players. Last September, during an activation event at Plaza Felipe II, the Portico Sport court also took center stage for all activities held throughout the week.
The renewed agreement will also allow Portico Sport to commercialize courts with Hexagon branding, fostering stronger connections between clubs and the tournament. This partnership continues to grow, showcasing its potential as a thriving collaboration.
