On Thursday, January 16, Joma revealed the latest additions to its 2025 collection at a major press event held at its facilities in Portillo de Toledo. The event was also attended by prominent sponsors who currently represent the brand.
More than 50 media outlets, including specialized and general-interest press, participated in Joma’s Press Day. Attendees toured the facilities to gain firsthand insight and received an overview of the values and strategy that have propelled this nearly 60-year-old company to the top of its industry.
Marina López, Joma’s board member, welcomed the guests and highlighted the brand’s most notable achievements and its short- and medium-term objectives. Among these is the goal of further internationalizing the brand, which already has a presence in over 40 countries. Joma’s accomplishments include sponsorships of international federations in disciplines such as running, tennis, football, and futsal, as well as remarkable growth in events and sponsorships related to running, trail running, padel, and pickleball.
The day also featured the presentation of the 2025 collection with a dynamic runway show led by Olympic athlete and Joma ambassador Ruth Beitia. Elite athletes such as José Antonio Diestro, Juanlu Esbrí, Vero Virseda, Raquel González, Carla Arce, Pedro Vega, Agustín Luján, Andrés Jiménez, Miguel Heras, Gemma Arenas, Raúl Campos, Peque, and Lucao showcased the new apparel and footwear designs, allowing the press to experience the quality and technology of Joma’s products up close.
To conclude the event, Fructuoso López, Joma’s president and founder, shared words of inspiration with the audience. He emphasized his lifelong focus on improvement and delivering greater value to people. “My goal was to succeed and create a brand that would endure over time,” he stated.

Joma has designed the Challenge and Smash lines for tennis and padel. The tops are ultra-breathable, made with lightweight fabrics and technologies such as the MICRO-MESH SYSTEM to wick away sweat, while the technical shorts provide comfort and freedom of movement.
A standout feature is the Capsule Line, developed collaboratively by the textile, footwear, and accessories design teams. This complete outfit combines style and performance on the court, delivering players the ultimate experience.
