The Spanish Padel Federation (FEP) has announced the addition of Carmen Ruíz de Vargas to its Board of Directors as Technology and Digitalization Officer. This appointment, made by the organization's president, Ramón Morcillo, will strengthen the structure of the FEP Board of Directors for the final stretch of the 2020-2024 term.
Carmen Ruíz de Varga holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) and has an Executive Education title in General Management (PDG) from IESE Business School. Additionally, she has been a member of the Executive Committee Director Team of the Big Events Division at Atos since 2009.
The new Technology and Digitalization Officer of the FEP is a highly esteemed professional in her respective sector. She serves as Senior Manager of Global Technology Programs and brings over 30 years of professional experience, including involvement in Olympic Games and major events projects, as well as 25 years in program and project management.
Throughout her professional journey, she has successfully executed various leadership roles and collaborated with clients worldwide. Therefore, she will bring to the FEP extensive experience in business development and organizational change management, ensuring outstanding delivery through the implementation of best practices to drive customer satisfaction, growth, and profitability, thereby achieving the organization's strategic objectives.
