Supported by the sponsorship of the new line of unique supplements from NDL PRO-HEALTH supplements, the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar ventures further into the padel territory with the creation of the Rafa Nadal Academy Padel Tour by The Adecco Group, a circuit aimed at combining competition, leisure, fun, and values.
The Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar has decided to promote the world of padel by founding the Rafa Nadal Academy Padel Tour by The Adecco Group, an innovative circuit aimed at showcasing the values, methodology, and DNA of this tennis academy within the amateur padel environment. Known for its prestige in training young tennis players since its opening in 2016, the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar had already shown interest in padel through the development of training programs for young people and adults and the organization of numerous padel tournaments, including a World Padel Tour Challenger event. However, until now, it had not proposed to enter the world of padel as deeply as with the organization of this circuit, which is here to stay.
The first edition of the Rafa Nadal Academy Padel Tour by The Adecco Group will consist of six events, in Santander (Club G-6, from June 6 to 9), Madrid (Club La Masó, from June 28 to 30), Valladolid (Club Raqueta Valladolid, from July 5 to 7), Málaga (Nac Club de Pádel Nueva Alcántara, from July 12 to 14), Alicante (Club Padelpoint La Nucía, from August 23 to 25), Barcelona (Vallparc, in September), and will culminate the season in Mallorca, with the final event to be held at the facilities of the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar (Manacor), from October 8 to 13.
Each participating team will consist of a minimum of six players, forming three pairs in each elimination round, and in each event, it will be ensured that each team plays a minimum of two elimination rounds. Additionally, at each event, there will be two men's categories (Viper -high level- and Veron -medium level-) and two women's categories (Energy -high level- and Stima -medium level-), in which teams will vie to be crowned in their city and enter the draw for a spot to compete in the final event in Mallorca.
To launch the circuit, the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar has decided to rely on the sponsorship of NDL PRO-HEALTH, the innovative line of dietary supplements created based on Rafa Nadal's professional experience and Cantabria Labs' scientific quality, which has racket/padel sports ingrained in its DNA. Proof of this is the recent addition as ambassadors of the brand Gemma Triay and Álex Ruiz, two of the most prominent Spanish representatives on the most important professional padel circuits in the world, with the mission of promoting their products among fans worldwide.
At all the venues of the Rafa Nadal Academy Padel Tour by The Adecco Group, NDL PRO-HEALTH will have a booth, offer products in the welcome packs, and provide sets as prizes to the winners of each tournament, as well as inspire energy with its logo on the shirts of all participants, the photocall, and the branding of the entire circuit.
