  • February 26, 2025

A1 Padel continues its commitment to the growth and professionalization of the circuit by announcing a significant increase in prize money for the 2025 season. Players will compete for higher financial rewards across various tournament categories, with notable increases in prize pools.

The Open tournaments, which in the previous season awarded €130,000, will now offer a total prize pool of €156,000, representing a 20% increase. In this category, the winning pair will take home €30,000, while the finalists will receive €18,000. Additionally, players who lose in the first round (round of 32) will each earn €853. For players who fall in the final round of the qualification phase, the prize rises to €488 per player.

The Master category tournaments will distribute a total of €189,600. Seventeen percent of this amount will go to the champions, who will receive more than €32,000, while 11% will go to the finalists, who will earn close to €21,000. In this category, as in the Grand Master, there is no prize for players who lose in the final round of the qualifying phase -since the main draw expands- but those eliminated in the round of 64 in a Master tournament will receive €1,185.

The largest increase in prize money will be seen in the Grand Master, which will be the event distributing the highest amount: €241,000. A1 Padel has increased the prize money for this type of tournament by more than 72%, with the champions earning over €40,000. Pairs eliminated in the semifinals will take home more than €15,000, while those knocked out in the quarterfinals will receive a prize of €9,338.

Finally, it is worth noting that these prizes are the official amounts established by the A1 Padel circuit, but each tournament organizer or promoter has the freedom to increase the prize money.
